Email inquiries

When you email us, we receive your sender name, email address, subject, message and any information in attachments. We use them to answer your inquiry, correct product information and complete the follow-up you request. Contacting us is optional and is not required to read product notes.

Send only what is needed for your inquiry. We do not request payment details or identity documents.

Retention and deletion

We keep inquiry records until we have answered and completed the requested follow-up, then delete them without undue delay. Records that must be retained by law are kept separately for the applicable period and then deleted.

Deletion covers the relevant messages and attachments, including copies in sent mail and trash. Service providers apply their own retention and deletion policies to backups and system records.

Site search

Product search runs in your browser. The query is included in the page address as q to preserve the results, so it may remain in browsing history or a shared address. Opening or refreshing that address can also include the query in a hosting request.

The site has no separate registration, checkout, newsletter signup or inquiry form. We have not added advertising pixels or a separate analytics tool.

Hosting and email services

Cloudflare hosts this site. Page delivery, security and service operation may involve processing IP addresses, requested URLs, access times and browser information. Cloudflare explains its practices in the privacy policy linked below.

We use Google Gmail to send, receive and store inquiry emails. Hosting and email services may process information on servers in the United States and other countries. Their privacy policies explain how they handle and retain information.

Your requests

Email donotforward.studio@gmail.com to request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask us to stop processing it. We check only the information needed to verify the requester and explain the outcome.

Send requests about information and order records held by a retailer directly to that retailer.

Changes to this notice

We update this page and its date when site features or information handling practices change.
